If you take out a mortgage or protection product through Mortgage Advice Bureau following an introduction from HomeOwners Alliance, Mortgage Advice Bureau pays us a referral fee of 25%. You are not obliged to use its services.
Customers accessing mortgage advice through HomeOwners Alliance’s designated enquiry forms or telephone numbers can receive fee-free mortgage advice. Some Mortgage Advice Bureau branches may charge customers who approach them directly. These fees may be up to 1% of the amount borrowed, with a typical fee of 0.3%.
Fee-free mortgage advice does not exclude other mortgage-related charges, such as lender fees, valuation fees or legal costs.
Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
LifeSearch – HomeOwners Alliance Ltd is an Introducer Appointed Representative (IAR) of LifeSearch Limited, an Appointed Representative of LifeSearch Partners Ltd, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN: 656479).
HomeOwners Alliance’s role is limited to introducing customers to LifeSearch. Any regulated insurance advice or arranging services will be provided by the appropriately authorised or appointed provider.
Fluent Money – HomeOwners Alliance Ltd is an Introducer Appointed Representative (IAR) of Fluent Money Limited, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
HomeOwners Alliance’s role is limited to introducing customers to Fluent Money. Any regulated financial advice or arranging services will be provided by Fluent Money or another appropriately authorised provider.

Unbiased – Our independent financial adviser introduction service is provided by Unbiased, which matches customers with fully regulated independent financial advisers. There is no charge to customers for the referral.
