Dan is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and founded Websters Surveyors. He has been featured on the BBC, Sky TV, in the Times and on a number of podcasts, commenting on valuation and Surveying matters such as Home Surveys, Leasehold reform, and Compulsory Purchase. His company provides Home Surveys, residential valuation reports and leasehold reform advice, mostly within the M25. As well as running one of the largest firms of Surveyors in the South East, Dan also runs their second brand, Sawyer Fielding, which supports homeowners affected by the threat of Compulsory Purchase.
