Grand Designs Live brings together a variety of industry experts including designers, architects, and builders. You can attend live talks, and book expert consultations to get advice on your home project across five dedicated show hubs, consisting of four theatres and four advice centres:

• Build and Renovation Hub
• Sustainability Hub
• Kitchens and Bathrooms Hub
• Architecture Advice Centre in partnership with RIBA
There are a variety of exhibitors showcasing their latest products and services at this year’s show. From smart home devices to eco-friendly building materials, you can find cutting-edge products that can transform your home.
The Grand House is designed as an immersive experience that allows visitors to engage with home products and services in a realistic, lifestyle setting. Showcasing cutting-edge design, sustainable materials and the latest concepts, visitors can see, touch and experience how various products and services would work in their own grand design. What’s more, all brands featured in the house will be available to speak to and all products can be purchased at the show
Each year, Kevin McCloud’s Green Heroes spotlight the most innovative and sustainable construction ideas. Kevin personally handpicks his top heroes for each show, showcasing a diverse range of the latest eco-friendly concepts, from small-scale start-ups to big businesses setting a green example for the rest of the industry.
For fans of the hit TV show Grand Designs, attending Grand Designs Live gives you a unique opportunity to get a sneak peek behind the camera. Meet the Grand Designers behind the amazing home transformations seen on the show as they discuss the highs and lows during their self-build journey.
Plus, to celebrate 25 years of the TV show, there will be an installation where previous suppliers from the TV houses will have the opportunity to showcase their products and services to those embarking on their own home project.
