Simply the best

We have received excellent service from House Simple. They have been both attentive and informative, keeping in touch on a regular basis throughout the whole process. We are, hopefully, in the process of proceeding with an offer. Viewings, which we have conducted ourselves, have been easy to arrange and keeping in touch with the viewers was simple.

Saved us a fortune

Sure, they're an online agent. They don't have branches you can just walk in to, and sometimes you have to wait to speak to whoever you need on the phone. BUT....we've just completed the sale of our house for an absolutely tiny fraction of what a high street agent would have charged. The transaction only cost us anything because we upgraded the pictures - which were brilliant and worth it. Buyer found in less than a week with an offer over the asking price. Progression team did their job fine - passed messages when required and liaised with our solicitor - even keeping working during the Covid situation. There's no bells & whistles with Housesimple, but most high street agents are con artists anyway regardless of how good they try to make themselves out to be. It's time for a new business model to finally step in and force traditional agents to stop raking in extortionate fees for very little service. I honestly think Housesimple's approach is the way forward.

Not recommended. They accept offers under your own name without your explicit permission. Very slow in replying to emails and taking actions. Lot of extra work to follow up with them.

Great sale experience

Excellent service, online area easy to use. They managed to uncover that a bidders position was different than we had been told, saving us time which would have been wasted pursuing this sale, and later negotiated a sale for us quickly on a Sunday when we had 3 different parties interested.
