Had a viewing booked on the weekend, got a text 30 mins before apologising saying they had childcare issues, ok not a problem we have all been there Rearranged for Friday at 5pm cancelled meetings at work arrived there all in darkness and no one there to meet me. Rang the guys number no response. Rang the office who said they would get him to ring me still waiting.

Everyone at Yopa was very helpful and efficient but I must give Peter Shelley, the local agent, special praise for giving exceptional service. He did everything he could to move the process on and made it a positive experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Yopa to anyone in the future. Once again thank you to Peter.

Unreasonable hidden and unscrupulous behaviour

Watch the small print!!!! We sold our house with a different estate agent after cancelling our contract with Yopa and after 3 years from completion Yopa have a debt collector chasing us for fees which we are now disputing . This has come as a big surprise as Yopa have never sent an invoice or requested any monies in the last 3 years. It would appear they’re desperately looking for creditors or are selling what they perceive as debt to debt collectors!!!

Gillian the Sales Agent was fantastic from start to finish which was paramount in our particular situation as we had a long distance relocation which was stressful in itself . All topped off with a welcome gift Thank you so much Gillian / Yopa x

Yopa were great

Yopa's estate agent helped us through all aspects of buying in a friendly, professional way. She was always ready to answer questions, even if they seemed a bit silly. She really helped push the sale through ,always keeping in touch with updates. I would recommend Yopa, judging by our experience.

We could not be happier. The service we received was second to none. The agent that took care of everything for us was called Stuart Randall’s. A really nice easy going chap. Was straight forward honest throughout the whole process and made it as painless as it possibly could be. His daughter Morgan also works with him and helped with the viewings as well, she too is lovely. Definitely the best agents we have ever dealt with and a much better price than the run of the mill old fashioned High St estate agents. I could not recommend them highly enough. Fantastic…Shelly has been brilliant!

Shelly came out to complete a valuation on our home, that same day photographs were taken and within 24 hours our house was on the market. After starting viewings we received an offer after 7 days and now our house is sold 😁😁 Shelly was so efficient and has been so helpful, nothing is too much trouble for her. Sale of Mums bungalow

Looking to sell my Mums bungalow after she moved into residential care. Went with Yopa after meeting with their agent, Leanne Tippett, as she was so likeable and enthusiastic and the fixed fee was very competitive.Yopa online listing was really good as it included lots of pictures and 3d views of the inside of the property.Overall the sales experience went smoothly and Leanne was great at keeping me informed and keeping the buyers happy.Happy to recommend.

The price is very good and an excellent Yopa agent

The price is very good. James Baird was the agent for Yopa and he was very professional. He was excellent in dealing with the prospective buyers to such a degree that I felt they trusted him for advice. He did all the viewings and he was instrumental in the actual sale of my house. I am not usually prone to praising people but I have to admit he was excellent and I would always use Yopa for any future property sales. I was very impressed.

YOPA have been fantastic, particularly my agent, Stuart Randalls. Stuart has looked after me throughout the whole experience and was always accessible when I had a query. Selling is always a stressful endeavour, but when you have constant support, it becomes so much easier.
