A little apprehensive after reading…

A little apprehensive after reading some negative reviews, however I have received an excellent service from listing my home through to sale. I have also used their mortgage services and conveyancing for a purchase currently going through.Lewis and Sophie have provided customer service above and beyond and deserve a special mention. I would recommend Strike to anyone looking at selling their home.

Willing to help

Every transaction is carried out in a professional manner . All the estate agents I've had contact with are going though every procedure and assists you in any struggle that you may have ; doing everything in their power to help , sends reminders and tries to accommodate on your schedule. First time experience with them was really pleasant.

Breath of fresh air in terms of estate agents...

Breath of fresh air in terms of estate agents! I am selling several properties. Put the first one on the market with Strike on Friday13 January and accepted an offer on it two days later! Utterly professional service. Had an experienced agent come and value/photograph it, went live Friday, he answered my texts over the weekend (as it had sold prior to entirely being fully set up!) and the website, sales negotiators and follow up service has been super efficient. I will definitely be using them with my other properties. Can't praise them enough. I have used lots of agents in the past and have had to chase them up - this time it worked the other way round due to their super efficient sales team and website. Can't praise them enough. Fabulous! Thank you...

Highly recommended

Strike sold my house and it didn't cost a penny. You are able to contact any prospetive buyer. You can edit your advert including photos. And if you want to at a cost you can use their services. For me it was a great experience

Had a good experience so far

Had a good experience so far, as we move towards completion. From initial contact, through to valuation, negotiations and conveyancing everything has been straightforward and efficient!! There has been regular contact, either by phone or email and we have always felt confident that we are informed and up to date!!

Very helpful easy to get in touch with on the mobile and considerate very good service and all great at their job a big thank you to every one from day one till now

An agent does what they say on viewing…

An agent does what they say on viewing appointment. However, too many emails on 'please rate us', I already gave them 5 star ratings on other two occasions, here comes the 3rd one, therefore 1 star deducted for spamming. :)

Excellent service!

Excellent service! Our sales progressor Andile sent chasers to our solicitors making sure everything will be completed on time and updated us regularly. It was also a big plus that the landlords gave us tour of the houses we were viewing as they were able to provide good info on the area. Definitely prefer it over the usual estate agents.

Failed appointment no contact

I had a booking arranged today at 10am to discuss their services. I was told it would be a video call by zoom. Despite asking for the zoom details nothing received and no phone call received at the appointment time. It feels like everything is done online but the infrastructure isn't there. Very disappointed and I have no confidence in them to sell my property.Update: Ben rang to apologise which is much appreciated. I hope no one loses their job since this is not my wish. Thank you for coming back quickly.

I have sold with Strike before and will…

I have sold with Strike before and will be shortly selling with Strike again. Working with strike is a pleasant, truthful and transparent experience.

Very glad we found strike!

After wasting months of valuable time listing with a face-to-face agent who provided very little service and severely over-estimated the value of our property to win business, we relisted with strike! I'm so glad we did- it led to a saving of over £6000 compared to the estate agents 1.5% rate. We felt we had better control over the sale doing things ourselves with the Strike platform, and better transparency about the interest received. Within 2 weeks of re-listing, we had accepted an offer and have since exchanged.

Just withdrew my property from this…

Just withdrew my property from this shambolic estate agents. From start to finish had issue after issue and turns out they hadn’t even checked whether my buyer had a mortgage. I would advise nobody to ever use them. Within 2 hours today I have relisted the property with a local estate agents and they’ve been more helpful in those 2 hours than strike have been in 6 months. Will warn so many people away from these

Leo is wonderful

Everything about this process has been made so much easier with the help from Leo! Couldn't recommend him more, kept me in the loop the whole time, made it all seem easy and straightforward

6 months and still not completed

Both the buyer and seller are using strike originally promised 4-8 weeks completion. its been 6 months since sale was agreed. No progress is made unless you write a reviewer ring up too complain. I don't write reviews of companies as I don't like to complain but have unfortunately felt I have no options with strike solicitors.

I have had an excellent experience with…

I have had an excellent experience with Strike especially working with Jay Jasion and Paul Herbert. Both of them are really good at what they do! Jay was always available for me via email or call. Always answered all my questions and got quick solution to my problems. Loved working with both them :-)

Unhelpful and incompetent

I had an offer accepted on a Strike property in August, and I'm still no closer to exchanging. Five months on, we're still waiting for the management pack so my solicitor still can't even begin reviewing contracts or raising inquiries. I constantly ask for updates, but Strike's sales progression team is either totally unresponsive, or reels off the same infuriating platitudes; that they've been chasing up the issue and they'll get back to me, but they never do. I love the flat I'm trying to buy, but I'm in danger of missing out on it as my mortgage offer will expire soon. I will make sure never to have anything to do with Strike again and would advise anyone thinking of using them to reconsider.

No one called

I had a virtual valuation booked for today at 2.30. No phone call, I phoned the mobile which went straight to answerphone, message left. Contacted the chat facility but all they can do is pass my message to another team. I did get a phone call, and once again I explained I did not live at the property, they booked me in, once again for a virtual valuation, bit on reading the link, it states you need to be at the property. At no point did any of the call centre staff say I needed to be at the property. I have cancelled, and I am going to give up on Strike. I am not travelling all the way to the property to be let down again

Strike estate agent are not free

Strike estate agent are not free. You get 6month of free listing and if your property doesn’t sell after 6month you have to pay to extend the listing between £250-£299 depending on the package you choose only to extend it by further 3 months . So you have to constantly pay a listing fee to keep it on right . They don’t tell you this at the beginning and you are led to believe this is a free estate agent .
