FANTASTIC, Strike has changed the way people buy and sell houses, the app is so convenient, they have a specialist for each part of the process and I can see exactly what is happening at each stage without having to sit on hold or wait for a callback. House buying for the App generation!

Fantastic service and very easy to use app. The process is straight forward and quick, the photos and advert went live the same day as our first appointment.
Not a hassle free option
Easy process..... which went wrong. BOOST TEAM who were attanging agents to host viewings didnt didnt engage until after after viewing were scheduled and were due.Different agents doing different viewings with incorrect information. No visibility of each other.Loads of utomated emails..... no human responses.Some.good people..... let down bu less.good or poor processes or.both
Fantastic company. I don’t understand why anyone would pay expensive agent fees. The mortgage advisor they set us up with gave us great rates too. If you’re on Rightmove then people will find your house if it’s what they’re looking for. Why would you go anywhere else.

We were really happy with our experience with Strike. Staff were friendly and helpful and it worked for us to plan our own viewings. Everything was easy to use via our account and we had regular telephone and email contact. We didn't use any of the optional extras so they really did sell our home for free!
Fantastic service so far from strike
Fantastic service so far from strike. I've had bad experiences in the past and Strike changed all that. The ease of the service is outstanding. The staff go above and beyond. The app is so easy to use. You never miss an alert about a viewing or feedback or offers. Its all in one place and so so easy to use. Could not recommend highly enough.
Buyers get messed around
Brilliant for sellers, dreadful for buyers. There is a reason people have been using estate agents for years and don't sell their own homes.We viewed a lovely house listed for £210k and were very happy with it until the seller increased the price to £220k 15 minutes after our viewing. I spoke to Strike and was told that this is completely down to the seller and it's out of their hands, fine whatever.We increased our offer to £220k and had it accepted. We submitted all necessary paperwork and started legal proceedings to get a conveyance survey and arranged our finances to begin moving into the house. We then received a call from Strike explaining that the seller had received another, higher offer and they were choosing to take it.As a first time buyer that's been trying to find a house for 6 months this is just gut-wrenching. I have had multiple viewings cancelled because the house has had an offer accepted but apparently Strike doesn't control this and it's all down to the sellers to mess buyers around.As a side point the people at Strike are very difficult to get hold of. They seem to constantly be on the phone, take an age to respond to emails and it's company policy that they won't place you on hold to wait.*in response to the reply below, the sale didn't fall through, the sellers allowed people to view the property after accepting an offer. I asked Strike what I could have done to take the property off the market but didn't get a reply to my email. When I asked him on the phone he told me he didn't know. I think this could have happened all the way up until we had made a deposit payment as all paperwork had been completed. This wouldn't happen at any normal estate agents were they actually have some control of proceedings.

Great. I particularly liked how easy it was to use the portal to update the advert or speak to prospective buyers. Also they kept in touch throughout until house completed. Will use again.
Excellent Service :First Time buyer
Thank you Strike and mainly to Candice Spencer and her team, who were brilliant in supporting our first time home. It was not easy journey but with right support, from Candice, Joe and Jessica and Joanne we were able to get our home !

Brilliant Support for First-Time Buyers
As first-time buyers, we’d been warned by most of our friends and family that buying a house is one of the most testing, stressful things you can go through as a couple, but it hasn’t felt that way for us. Our a mortgage advisors Paul and Megan have been fab - we haven’t been bombarded by unnecessary emails, had to translate any confusing jargon or been left alone fretting about finding trustworthy surveyors or solicitors. We’ve really felt like they’ve got things covered and we feel very grateful and would 100% recommend them.
The services was prompt and efficient, the on-line tool was extremely helpful and given that we use computers a lot, made the transferring of information easy. We wold especially like to thank our conveyancing advisor Melanie Webb, she went above and beyond to help guide us through the process and was there fore additional support when our first house sale fell through. Thanks go to all the Strike team but as said, especially to Mel

The 2nd Time we have used Strike in 8…
The 2nd Time we have used Strike in 8 months. The Service, Advertising, Accessability etc was great, all staff professional and polite. Would have been 5 Star Plus, but oh dear, Strike recommended a Solicitor to our buyer from their panel "PCS LEGAL" and we and the buyer found them a nightmare, nothing wrong with the property or transaction, it's just they did nothing for week after week, which caused us and the buyer uneccessary, delay, stress and financial cost. So sorry "Strike" One star off from what would have been an exceptional overall service.
