Made a Difficult sales situation feel less stressful

I would like to thank the Griffin residential sales team for helping us finally sell our apartment in Purfleet. It has not been an easy journey and throughout they have been professional, attentive and proactive on the Sales Side. I would particularly think to thank Curtis on the sales Team and to Point out Sonia our Sales Progressor who made the whole experience feel much less stressful than it could have been. I would say she is an exemplar at her work. Professional, very proactive and totally understands the need to keep a nervous and anxious seller in the loop at all times. thank you very much.

I would highly recommend Griffin…

I would highly recommend Griffin Residential. Their support was far superior to an estate agent that were also advertising our house for sale, and not surprising it was Griffin Residential who eventually sold our house for us, thus saving thousands of pounds. We really cannot praise Calum and his Team enough. They were outstanding in respect of communications, support and advice, and went over and above what one would expect from an estate agent, even replying to emails outside working hours. If you are looking to save thousands of pounds in estate agents fees then look no further. They really do provide a professional package at a reason/cheap price and back it up with outstanding support. I really cannot thank them enough

Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value

Been calling this office Since Feb/March till today and I even went to the office when every office opened and they give me a stupid excuse then collected my number and email but NEVER called me or email me about any property I was interested in... meanwhile they been adding new property online but not available when you call them. Was and still disappointed for their poor communication and customer service.. Stay clear 👌

Griffin Residential is outstanding

Griffin Residential is outstanding. I was introduced to them a few years ago and I have been hooked ever since. Calum has been exceptionally brilliant, efficient, and quick.

Asked for 6 months bank statements…

Asked for 6 months bank statements before proceeding with application. My statement came back ok they was happy to proceed paid my deposit to take it off the market passed my application process and was asked when I’d like to move in. Took a full week to confirm date to then say the landlord would only rent her properties to people with guarantors in future I said right at the very start I didn’t have one so I wasted 2 weeks of my time for nothing and the property has never gone back on the market so it was rented to somebody else after I’d paid the holding deposit and completed the application. Griffin themselves was quite a good service but they are using terrible landlords that are quite happy to mess around with peoples life’s

Instructed solicitors before calling or email to chase a service charge.

Absolutely disgraceful service from Griffin. Instructed solicitors to pursue a service charge before even calling or emailing to tell me there was an outstanding balance. Was told letters were sent to the subject property, however I was not residing at the address when the letters were sent. Was told their policy is to send letters - as if this means anything. Just because something is your policy, this doesn't make it right.Spoke to Nick on the phone who promised I would receive a call back from Desmond which never happened. Case was picked up by Steph who said I wouldn't recieve a call from Desmond due to the fact it had already been handed to the solicitors. I then responded explaining how I thought this was unreasonable, and that I would be happy to pay the service charge, but would leave a negative review if the issue was not resolved circumventing the solicitors. I was told this was threatening and that my cocmments would be passed onto the solicitor as this was considered defamation - how helpful! This was sent via email, instead of them returning my calls as requested.Overall, totally negative and unhelpful experience from all staff members dealt with. Situation and review could have been completely avoided if any member of staff had called (or even emailed me) to pay the balance.

My experience with Griffin Residential…

My experience with Griffin Residential to date has been an excellent one. I have sold stc within a week of listing and would highly recommend them as the service you get for the money you pay is great. I paid for the basic gold package expecting little input from the agent and to be dealing with all viewing requests and communications myself however, Calum has been great and goes out his way to help, he is very responsive and has handled all communications promptly. Having used online agent PB previously I can honestly say Griffin offer a far better and personable service.

I am perplexed by the previous negative…

I am perplexed by the previous negative review and suspicious, as I am currently selling my house via Griffin Residential and I have found their communications second to none. My phone calls and voicemails have all been answered speedily, and Calum has even answered my emails outside working hours. I have found Calum and his colleagues to be professional, informative, extremely helpful and friendly. To date I only have praise for Griffin Residential, who in my opinion easily outshine all the estate agents that I have dealt with in the past.

You get what you pay for

Sellers beware! The online selling portal is nowhere near as good as the website promises, and sends spammy, confusing, junk emails to potential buyers, with no follow up from griffin. No answer to emails, nobody answering the phone in the afternoon and no voicemail. You will lose potential viewings by using this amateur online estate agent - there are many out there with much better systems, so please don't risk it.After complaining about the many glitches in their system, I was pretty much told tough luck, and they even tried to sell me a useless upgrade that did not solve any of the problems. Contemptuous customer service if you ask me.

Just rented a house via Griffin Lettings and again most satisfied from start to finish! Once more Calum was most helpful and always replies in a very timely manner, cant fault the service...I will be back!

The Best for the Least

Just used Griffin Residential and SOLD in 2 months over the difficult Christmas period. Callum provided an excellent personal service. I can only praise his effort that came at a fraction of the cost of Purple Bricks.... and the rest. Have already told Callum I am using his services for the disposal of my entire property portfolio. I utterly and unreservedly recommend Griffin.Thanks Callum
