I have literally saved thousands by using Agreed

Using Agreed has been a seamless process with our property taking just 3 weeks to sell from the time of listing. We decided to buy the photo and EPC package so including the advertising cost on Rightmove & Zoopla, we spent the grand total of £264 to sell our property compared with £6-8k with an agent. The platform itself is intuitive and guides you through the process of listing and selling your home. When I did have questions, the support team were quick to respond which gave me confidence throughout.

Excellent alternative against traditional and big-name online agents

So far so good. I have listed my property back online for sale very quickly, in a very easy, transparent and smooth manner. I felt in charge. I was able to describe my house factually and with all the nice features it has. Agreed also allowed me to put my 'vendor' comments which I could describe why it has been a special place for me. My property has been listed by so many traditional agencies and the well-known free or package optioned online alternatives (just for a few days only to see how bad they operate). Given all this variety, it was extreme stress, bafflement at the lack of customer regard and professionalism, and lack of understanding of digital advertising and house sales, lack of diligence to even correct non-factually made-up online ads all these agencies did. And the way that I decided to cancel these and the stress they put me through. Agreed is only 10 pounds a week, I am able to test the waters for the month, and I have the freedom and many options to choose from, including boosting my ads with add-ons to stopping marketing for a while if the conditions are not right. I love this lack of greed and usefulness and practical, logical business model, and I love the professional website, I can see the value they bring. I am hoping to sell well despite the cool, slow start to 2023, my place is a very attractive option and my chances were ironically ruined by other agencies who were supposed to boost it, not sabotage it and reduce my stress and effort, not the opposite. Given traditional agencies would have charged me a 5K or 6K fee after sales (including VAT), and not really do anything right - viewings terrible, digital marketing terrible, attitude terrible - I feel that I will finally sell in a peaceful and practical fashion. So far so good...

Amazing money saver and great service.

Amazing money saver and quick replies to queries. Obviously still at an early stages with the website (some kinks to work out) but I sold my flat within a few weeks at a turbulent time in the market. Very easy to follow the steps and takes away the displeasure of having to deal with estate agents directly. Saved 1000s and friendly helpful replies from agreed staff.

All good so far

My property is totally ready for market but has not yet gone live. The process was logical and straight-forward. My house is quite quirky so some of the off-the-peg phrases and descriptions didn't really work for it, but by messaging Agreed, new, appropriate words and phrases were added to the list for me to use. I'm sure when the time is right for me to go live, my house will sell as quickly as it would with a local agent, and I'll be saving a fortune in fees.

Genuinely impressed

Really easy to sign up and get my property on to the platform. The system is incredibly easy to use when communicating with potential buyers and booking in viewings. And all this for such a good price. Really impressed and would definitely use again.

Good if you're willing to do the agent's job yourself

It's a really good price to get your property advertised on the major online websites, Agreed.co.uk is easy to use a well. However, I thought their customer service was a bit slow, very often I don't get a reply until the next day, but I was expecting a quick response within an hour, or at least same day. They had some problem with their site as well, I have made the payment and my property was ready to be advertised on Rightmove/Zoopla, it said they need to verify first, and will take no longer than 2 or 3 days (I can't remember how many days exactly now). I was waiting anxiously, as I wanted my property to be advertised asap, but it was never on Rightmove/Zoopla. After the x days as I was told, I contacted them through their online chat, they told me they never got the notification! Anyway, wasted about 2 days, and it was finally advertised on Rightmove/Zoopla. Unfortunately for me, I didn't get that many interests through. I was with Agreed for about a month, but didn't get as many viewings as I'd hoped. I found a property I really wanted to buy, but my offer was rejected due to I wasn't ready to proceed, so I had to change to a traditional estate agent, before they even put my property on the market, they've already arranged more viewings in the 3 days I've been with them, compare to the 1 month I've been with Agreed. Offer received on the 4th day with the traditional estate agent, and I have accepted it. Overall, I do like Agreed, as you're getting your property on the market for a fraction of what you would be paying the estate agent, but it's a passive approach, waiting for buyers to contact you. I would only recommend this if you're willing to do all the work yourself. In my case, I was unfortunate to sell my property when the mini budget happened, I guess that was the main reason I wasn't getting my interests in my property.

My partner wanted to sell her house but…

My partner wanted to sell her house but had to be admitted to hospital due to on-going cancer treatment and asked me to manage matters. I found this company online and asked if they will allow me to manage matters on behalf of my partner who is the registered home owner, they said yes and that they need ID. I provided all ID requested including a photo selfie with my partner standing outside hospital with a thumb pointing to her ear but despite everything was rejected and sadly we went elsewhere to another company who were happy to help and have done a great job.

Going beyond...

Found their service really good and straightforward. Even after I stopped using their service they forwarded to me interested parties that tried to contact me through their site. That's a a sign they really want to look after their customers and I really appreciate that.

Highly recommend. Outstanding platform and seevice

We decided to use agreed after a local estate agent wanted to charged over £3k in fees. We also liked the idea that we could do the viewings... After all who knows your house the best, you! We could easily arrange viewing around our requirements and had direct contact with anyone who made an appointment which was great. It meant most of our viewings were done in the evening when the agents would have been closed. We sold within 2 weeks. Could not recommend Agreed more highly.

Why pay a small fortune to an agent?

I planned to use an agent to sell my small property but discovered a lot of them are now doing a fixed fee - which is fine if you are at the higher end of the market but on a small sale is very expensive for what you get. Discovered Agreed and as I was happy to do viewings myself it was the perfect way to get my house advertised online without paying a fortune for the privilege! Process was quick and easy and any questions promptly answered on the chat facility. They issue the Memorandum of Sale which is one of the few jobs the estate agent would do and the rest is covered by the solicitors. We have just completed and I would highly recommend Agreed - I will use them again should I need to in future.

I'm going to be 100% honest in my revue. I had no idea when I set about on my mission to sell my property that I would have an opportunity to sell it myself through a DIY site such as 'Agreed'. I didn't think that it was possible, or that I had the ability to take on such a task, but the idea of saving myself quite a bit of money during these hard times was just too overwhelming, and I pushed myself enthusiastically into the task! Now having experienced the process, and expecting completion to take place in January 23, I am absolutely thrilled to have taken that decision, and I am so pleased with the help I have been given along the way! Whenever I needed any technical assistance, it was on hand, but the website is clear and concise once you get used to navigating it. All in all a great experience and I would definitely recommend that anyone who wishes to save themselves some of their hard earned cash should use 'Agreed'! You won't regret it!
