I had found a property online that suited my affordability. I sent a request to view the property. I was called the next day by a man with a friendly sounding voice, who asked me when I would like to attend the viewing. He told me he would meet me there. I was aiming to make the completion date before any complications would unfold in regards to stamp duty. I met withi Craig from 99home Online estate, and Craig told me as long as I follow his directions to a tee there was a possibility we would cross the line before the holiday was over. I joked with Craig that it might be my only holiday this year. I did exactly as Craig instructed and informed a broker of my situation. Craig let me know that although I had a mortgage in principle from a major lender, that was suitable for the property in question, it was a converted building, and I also earn almost half my wages from overtime, and self employed work. The broker Craig put me in touch with were helpful, and so was the conveyancing firm, who Craig had also suggested I take on. The process ran incredibly well, every piece of the puzzle fell into place, and when the deadline day came around, so did I, to receive the key from Craig. DIY and save thousands!

If you can take your own photos, write an honest but creative description and deal with enquiries, there’s no reason not to choose 99home who will list on ALL the major portals of a traditional estate agent. My advert generated a lot of interest and ultimately had several buyers. Good communication from 99 home throughout. Give them a try!

Very pleased I chose this company to sell my home

I was only introduced to this company two weeks ago from a friend. To date it has been the best piece of advice I have had this year. I went for the £499 package. I provided all the images of the house as I felt I know my house best. 99Home helped me with navigating the client dashboard making everything very easy indeed. Once everything was in place the property went live on the main house search engines just not rightmove which did concern me a little however by the following Tuesday I had three offers in hand and after some careful thought went with the offer that worked best for the buyer and ourselves. So in less than a week we have subject to all the usual legal paperwork have sold. I would like to say the buyer we chose had not given the highest offer but were in the best position to move forward and I wanted them to own my home. Absolutely fantastic service

Absolutely fantastic service. I went for the £99 option to sell my home. I already had photo's & floorplan from when I had listed the property a few years ago, and the EPC from when I originally bought the property (they last for 10 years). The website and portal were easy to use and navigate. It didn't take me long to get my property listed. Swati was my advisor and was fantastic. I was emailed when anything was updated and if I had a question, my emails would get replied to quickly. I sold my house in 5 days and they helped me with all the paperwork to get the solictor 'ball' rolling! I would highly recommend, especially if you don't mind arranging the viewings etc yourself and it saves you so much money! Plus I am not a fan of conventional estate agents because they lie to get the most money out of you! :)

Cut out the middle man and save £k's

Why wouldn't you use this excellent, money saving £99 option? The support service is very good and quick. The enquiries are sent to you via email and text. You can also see your enquiries on your personal Dashboard on the 99home site. My property was listed for 2 days and I accepted an offer on the 3rd day. No messing about with the "middle man" estate agent. You have TOTAL control. Highly recommended.

Does not do what it says on the tin.

Whilst it initially seems like good value for money, all is not as it seems. Our property has been missing for weeks from Rightmove and 99Home are unable to say when / if it will be restored. This is the second time this has happened. The ongoing running costs of an empty property that is NOT being advertised on Rightmove more than exceeds any notional savings by using 99Home.

Great service and value for money!

The experience has been fantastic from beginning to end. I paid around 10% of the fee that I would have been charged from a local estate agent and in my experience the service has been no less. I opted for the combo package including photos and sales progression. The photography was carried out within a week of paying and the photos were available to upload within days of being taken. I conducted the viewings myself so you receive a text when someone makes an enquiry on the website allowing me to vet individuals prior to viewing and also vetting offers etc. I dealt with Lav, Swati and Anil and I found them all excellent. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again (if I was to move again). Keep up the great work! Regards, Daniel
