May 2015 House Price Watch indicates house prices are up on average 0.3% in the past month and up 6.3% in the past year
It has been a sluggish start to 2015 as UK house prices edged up 0.3% on average in the past month and the average rate of annual growth slowed for the sixth consecutive month to 6.3%.
