Our fees

If you go to a solicitor recommended by your estate agent, you can pay hundreds of pounds commission for conveyancing (the process of transferring the ownership of a property). The commission that comes to us is just £25 for members, and £55 for non-members. This money helps pay for the running of the HomeOwners Alliance, paying for the production of free advice guides and enabling us to campaign for the interests of homeowners and aspiring homeowners.

We will regularly monitor Convey Law’s service our members receive in terms of cost, customer service and efficiency. As with all our services, if members are not satisfied, and services do not meet our high standards, we will change provider.
