Claire benefited from researching her surveyor, ensuring she got an in depth, quality service.
Claire had a positive experience with a surveyor because she was careful to get one that had been highly recommended by a friend of hers. She was also able to see a previous report of his so knew he would provide a useful in depth analysis.
Claire also sat with the surveyor for 40 minutes after he had completed the survey report and discussed it with him asking any questions she had. This gave her peace of mind and meant she was fully aware of any potential problems with the house.
