    Hi all, I’m selling my home (it’s my first!). Should I make an effort to present when people come round to view it? Should I just leave it to the estate agent or will my being there (and being extra friendly/welcoming etc) help convince buyers mine is their dream home? Thanks

    When I sold my flat I made a point of scraping all the human excrement off the kitchen work surfaces, I think it did the trick!

    What sort of an alliance is a limited company?
