If an agent introduces an interested buyer to view your property and that buyer decides not to pursue buying through that agent but goes to another agent with whom the buyer now wishes to purchase, what are the implications? and what are the timescale do you the vendor have to observe before you can sell to the same buyer via the new agent.
Hi Marina,
This is a question we are asked time and time again. First and foremost check your contract. This will have details of whether the agreement is “sole agency” (only that agent can sell your home during the length of the contract), and what the cooling off period is before you can change to a new agent.

The property is detached gated and is South facing it is 2 bedroom in very good order I am looking for £285,000
I do not know if house prices have gone up the is in Bromley.
