Property Tech Debate – Online vs High Street Estate Agents
Our CEO Paula Higgins chaired the 2015 Property Tech debate between online and offline estate agents - watch the debate and read our verdict.
November 3, 2015
We joined Russell Quirk (eMoov), Michael Bruce (Purple Bricks), Chris Wood (PDQ Property) and Alex Bailes (Countrywide) at the Future Property Conference to chair the debate between online vs high street estate agents.
Paula Higgins reflected: “It was clear from Property Tech that people are tiring of the online vs high street arguments, as it polarises the debate. Consumers want the best sale price, value for money and to sell their home as quickly as possible. And the good news is that there is more choice now than there ever has been; whether you want a traditional high street estate agent, a hands off online estate agent or somewhere in-between, the options are out here. The offer for consumers will continue to develop and hopefully make use of new technologies and more open practises. We’ll continue to track what agencies are doing to help consumers make the right choice for them.”
You can also compare online estate agents.
And watch this space, we’ll soon have an option to compare your local high street agents too!
